the breakfast included gluten-free options daily, such as bread, muffins, and lemon cake. eggs were prepared to order and included bacon and sausages. a wide variety of fruit, yogurt, cheese, sliced ham, cereal, juices, coffee, and tea were also available. the concierge assisted with restaurant reservations and provided information about sights and transportation. i had a premium room guggenheim views, the guggenheim museum view was lovely at all times.
the mini fridge was not working i was not informed about this at check-in.

i found the staff amazing they were both kind and attentive i also benefited from an early check-in. the room was excellent it was clean comfortable and included many amenities. the location proved perfect since it was across from the guggenheim museum and close to public transport.
the walls seemed thin and i experienced noise from adjacent rooms which slightly impacted my sleep

The gym provided a good selection of equipment. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was useful to have an airport transfer organised directly through the staff. This made my departure seamless. The full breakfast included options from an extensive a la carte menu.
One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was flickering during my entire stay.

the staff was pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the hotel was super clean and the rooms were a great size. i found the shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water!
the room i booked mentioned a courtyard view. it had a frosted window covered by a blind. upon opening it, there were a few stones and definitely not a courtyard.

the room i booked was advertised with a courtyard view. i found a frosted window covered by a blind upon arrival. opening it revealed just a few stones, certainly not a courtyard (this was disappointing). the room felt dark, and i would have requested a change had i been staying longer than one night.

The location was definitely convenient to visit the guggenheim museum.
the thin walls were a MAJOR issue. I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, including coughing and conversations. IT made for a very lousy night.
